Our Goal

Our goal is to provide you with the option to sell your mineral rights at a fair price. By providing a prompt evaluation and honest answers to you about the market, we will educate you about this option and the complexities and uncertainties of owning a depleting asset. For example, the sale of all or part of your oil and gas interests provides the opportunity for reclassification of those assets into something that can be less volatile and is not subject to commodity prices.

Our Offer

Every oil and gas property is unique and a variety of factors are used to evaluate each property. Some of the more basic factors include where the property is located, whether you have a current oil and gas lease, who the operator is and if you are receiving revenue. We are able gather most of this information through various public sources such as your local county courthouse. The less obvious factors are just as important but are less readily available because some information is not publicly available. This information may be your lease royalty rate, specific deduction language or revenue details.
